We offer a 30 day return policy on our electrical parts as well as a 90 day warranty on our mechanical parts. We reserve the right to apply the policy at our discretion. If you destroy the packaging or send the part back in non-resalable condition we will not accept it. If you make a mistake, we will accept a return of the item, however are will not refund any of the shipping costs and will charge a 25% restocking fee. We will accept returns within the 30 or 90 day period (depending on if the item is an electronic or mechanical part) minus shipping and eBay fees we have incurred. As long as the part shows no signs of having been installed (slide marks on the electrical tabs, circles around the screw holes showing where the screw was turned, greasy fingerprints, etc.) Any removal or tampering of our warranty marks/stickers will result in the voiding of the warranty. The original package must be included and intact. If the item shows signs of being installed or otherwise causes us to have to sell it as "used" we reserve the right to refuse or charge a percentage of the total amount that will be refunded to you.

We are not liable to pay for any labor fees associated with the installation or removal of any parts we sell.
