We accept PayPal payment only.

All prices include UK VAT. VAT invoice on request. Please contact us via the eBay message us if you require one.  

*Delivery

Orders received before 3pm are usually shipped same day.

We offer free UK mainland delivery on every product we sell, but if you want it fast choose the 24 hour delivery option.

We ship normal working days, Monday to Friday, except weekends, bank holidays and public holidays.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Scilly Isles additional delivery charges on all orders will apply.

Returns

All the products we sell are covered by a 1 Year Manufacturer warranty (unless otherwise stated). 

Unwanted goods returned within 30 days as they were delivery, unopened, unused, in sealed packaging will be refunded in full, Opened or used goods returned maybe subject to a restocking fee/or maybe rejected if not re-sellable, The buyer is responsible for all returns cost.

Faulty goods returned under 30 days of purchase will be exchanged or refunded if no stock is available, Faulty goods returned after 30 days of purchase will be repaired, exchanged or refunded if no stock is available and depending on the manufacturers 1 Year warranty procedure. The buyer is responsible for all returns cost, we will cover the cost to return the item to you.

This excludes software, mapping and Hygiene products as these can only be exchanged if faulty.
