Mercedes CLS 63 AMG Shooting Brake gets a Spencer Hart suit
Tue, 18 Jun 2013Nick Hart and his Mercedes CLS 63 AMG Shooting Brake Getting a menswear specialist to makeover a high end car isn’t the most obvious route to go, but Mercedes say Savile Row’s Spencer Hart shares a creative ethos with the three pointed star, so it’s a natural fit. And actually, Spencer Hart’s creative Director, Nick Hart, has done his brand – and Mercedes’ – absolutely no harm with an appealing makeover of the Mercedes shed on steroids that is the CLS 63 AMG Shooting Brake. The Spencer Hart CLS gets a specially created colour - Nick Hart Midnight Blue – and instead of chrome highlights on the exterior Nick has subtle, dark shades instead.

Sun, 27 May 2012Mark Webber starts on pole for Red Bull with Rosberg’s Mercedes alongside. It should stay much the same at the Monaco Grand Prix, but did it? It may have taken a mistake in Barcelona by Schumacher to see Mark Webber on pole at the 2012 Monaco Grand Prix, but with a tight street circuit like Monaco that gives the Australian decent odds of taking the win and becoming the sixth different winner in the first six races of a topsy turvy 2012 season.
BMW i3 spied
Wed, 09 Mar 2011BMW i3 caught playing in the snow. Just a few weeks on from the launch of BMW’s new “i” sub-brand, and we have the first spy photo of the BMW i3 out and about in the Scandinavian snow. It seems BMW were busy filming this quite heavily camouflaged i3 for BMW TV when it was snapped, so it seems likely we may be seeing some video soon.
