Mercedes-Benz has revealed its new CLA, a four-door coupe based on the A-class, at an event held in Detroit on the night before this year's motor show opens. But to keep your attention on the big-selling E-class which also makes its debut here, the CLA won't be on Mercedes' show stand, and will make its official public debut at Berlin Fashion Week later this month. The rear-wheel drive X5 sDrive35i starts at $53,725 (all prices include destination and handling) while the all-wheel drive xDrive35i will start at $56,025. These models come with BMW's 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline-six laying down 300 hp and 300 lb-ft of torque.
