It's constructed of brass and stainless and doesnt leak! In addition to the valve, there is also a screw in plug on top of the valve. The buoys are easily inflated by compressor using a blower tip. If you don't have access to a compressor I have the pictured hand pump available for an extra $8.50. LA-based Cecchi Gori Pictures is said to be in talks with a well-known American director to helm the film, based on a script by Troy Kennedy Martin and David Rayfield. The script and the film project have been in gestation for years, but the project had been plagued by delays.
