Condition:New Brand:Westhold Warranty:Yes Manufacturer Part Number:2 Part Brand:Raceceiver

This complete transponder package comeswith the charging unit and a transponder mounting pouch.

The rechargeable transponders have convenient LED indicators for operational status. A green LED indicates the transmitter is working. A red LED indicates a low battery condition. There is no guesswork involved in determining battery status. During a race the transmitter is also capable of relaying a low battery status to the Race Management System and informing the system operator of this condition.

Westhold transponders are light, compact devices attached to each vehicle. Each transponder is assigned a unique identification number to differentiate individual vehicles. As the vehicle passes over the Loop Antenna, the Decoder reads this identification number and determines a crossing time.

Ford justifies its Vignale sub-brand (video)

Tue, 24 Sep 2013

Last time Ford played this game we had almost 30 years for the Ford Ghia, a range of Ford’s mainstream models that had all the toys as standard to try and create an appealing high-end option for buyers.

VW Cross Polo (2010) Revealed

Fri, 19 Feb 2010

The VW Cross Polo will debut at the Geneva Motor Show No, it’s not an angry version of the 2010 Volkswagen Polo but VW’s fake off-road version of the latest Polo designed to appeal to those who want a rufty-tufty car to cope with the demands of the Urban Jungle. The Cross Polo (we’d expected it to be the ‘CrossPolo’ as the Germans like to run words together, like ‘BlueEfficiency’ or EfficientDynamics, but the graphics on the Polo make it clear it’s the ‘Cross Polo’) is the latest version of the 2010 Polo to be revealed. Just this week we’ve had the 2010 Polo GTI and the 2010 VW Polo BlueMotion (see – it’s those joined together names again) and the Cross Polo makes the hat trick for pre-Geneva.
