Condition:Used

1962 Lancia Flaminia 2.5 litre #813-10-5400. The engine is in excellent running condition, it had been installed in an Aurelia [!!] and removed a few weeks ago to make way for the re installation of a correct Aurelia engine.
Based on anecdotal evidence i believe the engine has around 5k miles on it since it was rebuilt 10+ years ago. I drove the Aurelia throughout 2015 and the engine runs well with no issues, it has good oil pressure, no smoke and runs at the correct temperature even during the summer months. The block has a patch to repair a crack as result of frost damage [see picture] the patch works just fine with no weeping.

Comes with starter, dynamo and flywheel.

Included is a crate suitable for truck shipping.

-- If this isn't the automotive video of the week, then we don't know what is. A car in Taiwan just barely avoids being crushed by a gigantic boulder, whose water and mud bow wave shoves the car a few feet before the boulder even lands anywhere near the car. Watch the top of the hill at the very start of the video.

Smart car tipping strikes San Francisco

The Smart ForTwo: brilliantly designed to be safe, compact transport for two people and easily manoeuvred around the city. Although perhaps a little too easily manoeuvred, if what happened to four of the little blighters in San Francisco earlier this week is anything to go by. That’s not a standard parking procedure: ‘Smart car tipping’ has suddenly become a thing.
