For sale is a set of Corbeau Harness belts that I planned on using in my street rod project. As the build progressed and design changed, I decided not to use them. Selling for half of original cost.

These are unique since they have a retractable inertia reel connected to the third (shoulder) strap that allows the strap to function like a factory belt. There is also a double release that allows for the rear strap to be disconnected with a push of a button. The two shoulder straps come together to form a single strap that mounts to the rear of the vehicle. These belts are not DOT/FMVSS 209 approved, as are most "racing" belt systems.

There is a full description of all features of these belts on the Corbeau website here: http://corbeau.com/other/harness-belts/3-point-retractable-harness-belt.html

Please visit the website to get the best possible description of this product.

These belts were used for mock-up only, and include all original packaging.

Buyer assumes responsibility in making sure it will fit their application.

Keyless ignition trends toward standardization

A federal plan to require automakers to standardize keyless ignition systems in the wake of Toyota's unintended acceleration problems is likely to mirror industry guidelines issued in January, an automaker group said. Large automakers except Toyota said they already comply with the guidelines crafted by SAE International or plan to do so. These "recommended practices'' seek to counter the variation, driver confusion and safety problems that have ensued since automakers started installing push-button ignition in luxury models.

Citroen C4 Cactus (2014) first official pictures

Wed, 05 Feb 2014

By Ollie Kew First Official Pictures 05 February 2014 19:00 Well done to Citroen: its arch-funky Cactus crossover concept has makes it into production unscathed, ‘Airbumps’ and all. The production version’s called the Citroen C4 Cactus as it’s based on the C4 hatch, but it’s had the funk turned up to 11. If you’re arriving this late to the compact crossover party, you need to make a splash – good job the new C4 Cactus is head-turning enough to cause the Nissan Juke and Ford EcoSport nightmares.
