The 2014 Acura RDX goes on sale Wednesday with a base price of $35,415, including $895 in destination charges. Stepping up to the technology package brings the price to $39,115; all-wheel drive adds $1,400. Only one powertrain will be offered for 2014: a 3.5-liter V6 with a six-speed automatic transmission.

Ford has released these new pictures of the updated Ford Mondeo - and it's the first look we've had of the car in estate guise. We also get to see the Mondeo interior for the first time. We first published the story of the facelifted Mondeo back in June 2010, but all we had to go on then were two front shots. Today's new Mondeo photographs fill in a few of the blanks.

Rosberg takes pole in Belgium in the rain Formula One is back from its summer break, but normal service has resumed with Mercedes taking a one-two at Spa in qualifying for the 2014 Belgian Grand Prix, but it’s Nico Rosberg on pole, beating Lewis Hamilton in to second place. The two Mercedes were in a league of their own – two seconds ahead of the best of the rest – as torrential rain made the Spa circuit teachorous. Hamilton’s qualifying was patchy – - and a bit erratic – and he also had problems with glazed discs pulling his car to the left, but Rosberg was consistent – and quick – and deserved his pole.
