Return Policy
Return new, unused items within 30 days from the order date. All returns must have the original tags and product packaging in new condition. If the returned item is in used condition with tags unattached, your item may be returned to you COD or refused. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
Please ship in a separate shipping box (not product box). To avoid shipping damage, place helmet in helmet bag, open side down in the helmet box.
eBay has changed the return process. Please use the eBay Returns option. This option is located in your eBay purchase history page, to the right of your order in the drop down menu.
Include your order name, sales record # and return request form if provided. No RA# is required.

Once delivered, please allow 1-3 business days to process your return and allow 1-4 business days for your refund to post on your statement.
Exchange
Follow the Return steps to return the original item and receive a refund (see Return Policy tab above). Then place a new order for the new item. This will be a faster exchange and you may grab your item while it is still available.
Shipping
Combined Shipping is available by using ADD TO CART option (instead of BUY IT NOW) when adding items to your eBay cart.
FREE Shipping applies to the 48 contiguous states only. HI, AK, PR & other non-contiguous states may eBay message us with your zip code for rate quote and delivery options.
We ship daily Monday - Friday. Most items will ship within 1 business day. Other items may have 2-3 day handing time. You can check the eBay handling time for the handling time on a specific item. Tracking #'s will be uploaded within 1-3 business days.
Orders over $100 must be shipped to aPaypal confirmed address. Orders over $200 may require signature upon delivery.
Overnight Shipping: USPS Express estimates 1-2 business days. Some items offer FedEx Standard Overnight.
International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the price of the item or shipping cost. Any additional charges are the buyer's responsibility. If the item is returned to us, shipping costs are non-refundable. Please check with your country's customs office to determine if there are any additional costs before bidding or buying.
First Class Mail International - Delivery times varies by location. Most areas estimate 1-4 weeks for delivery. Although rare, some shipments can take up to 12 weeks or longer. USPS does not have a time limit for this type of service.
Priority Mail International - USPS estimates 6-10 business days for delivery. Tracking and Insurance is included.
Priority Mail Express International - USPS estimates 3-5 business days for delivery. Tracking and Insurance is included.
Lost / Shipping Damage / Defective Items: Please notify us if your package is lost or damaged. To expedite the damage claim process, please send us a picture of the shipping damage or defect. If it is shipping damage, send us pictures of the shipping box immediately after receiving your item. Also contact your delivery service immediately to report the shipping damage.
Payment
We prefer Paypal and you may make a payment directly with Paypal using a debit card or credit card. We also accept credit cards via eBay secured merchant Authorize.net.
Payment is due within 4 days or a unpaid item notice is sent automatically by our system. If payment is not made, the item is still available for purchase.
Kansas orders are charged 7.3% Sales Tax.
