For sale is one used LH rear roof bow. Works for Corvettes 1974-1982 (Excluding Convertible) - The metal piece includes the top section of the drivers side LH birdcage body lock pillar (B-pillar).
- It was cut just above the lock pillar, where it extends to the roof bow or hoop & includes the shoulder harness retractor anchor nut.
It has some wear marks on it due to it being used, as well as due to the removal process. There are some bonding material up top, and rough edges where it was cut. There is a layer of overspray, as well as oxidation on the finish. There are also areas of surface rust. It has its original welded brackets and nut still attached. The nut has good threads to it. Despite the blemishes, the metal on this piece is completely solid.

As promised, Volkswagen brought the pint-sized T-ROC concept to the Geneva Motor Show this week. Intended to be positioned below the Taigun compact SUV (not to be confused with the Tiguan) the T-ROC sits on the Golf platform known internally as MQB. But the T-ROC is actually shorter than the Golf, at 164.5 inches in length, owing to short overhangs.

GM Europe will run out of cash ‘early in the second quarter’ of 2009, unless the divison secures $3.3bn in funding from European governments. Speaking today (Tuesday 3 March), GM chief operating officer Fritz Henderson revealed that insolvency loomed, due to the plunge in European car sales and GM’s liquidity crisis in North America. He ruled out a swift cash injection from private investors, saying that no talks had taken place and that lengthy negotiations and due diligence would take too long.
