For sale is one new heat shield strap set. For Corvettes 1963-1967 (w/ underbody exhaust) Set of straps and screws for the underbody exhaust heat shields. Includes 4 straps and 4 screws. Not for use with side exhaust applications. Straps are +/- 3" long and the screws have an overall length of +/- 7/8".

A German media company says it lost out as a result of the deal and has taken legal action against Mr Ecclestone - chief executive of the Formula 1 group. Mr Ecclestone says Constantin Medien's claim "lacks any merit" and denies any "conspiracy".

The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration is investigating Mini Coopers for unexpected loss of power steering. NHTSA has launched an investigation of 2004-model Coopers after receiving 54 consumer complaints and a confidential number of field reports, the administration stated on its Web site. The reports state that it is hard to control the vehicle when the power steering fails.
