For sale is one used spare tire tub, "V" frame and cover lid set. Correct for Corvettes 1968-1974 (Black Fiberglass) Works for Corvettes 1975-1982 The set includes the spare tire carrier lower fiberglass tub with metal "V" support frame and the plastic lid cover. It does have some wear marks due to being used and due to sitting in storage. The front most center wall was repaired both on the inside and outside surface. The repair was unfortunately done with fiberglass cloth and it was poorly molded/shaped. The wheel will still fit in there, it just doesn't look very nice. Luckily, it's on the end that faces forward and is not visible once mounted. There are also some chips and knicks along the edges. The edges also have a missing lip along the front edge. The plastic cover shows average wear and scrapes. The rear-most tab is starting to develop a split/crack. The V-frame is nice and solid. It does show some surface rust and oxidation. Pitting may be visible once it is mounted.

With that in mind we get the arrival of the Mercedes C-Class AMG Sport Edition to try and carry the existing C-Class sales mantle until the arrival of the all new C-Class in the summer. The AMG Sport Edition sees the demise of the existing AMG Sport and AMG Sport Plus and can be had as a saloon, estate or coupe and comes with an AMG bodykit, lowered suspension, AMG steering wheel and alloys, gloss black grill, boot spoiler and dark tinted headlights.

Chrysler Group is replacing its traditional owner’s manuals with DVDs and an abridged printed guide in an effort to reduce costs and save 930 tons of paper annually. Chrysler will see “substantial savings” from the shift away from paper manuals, which often had more than 500 pages, spokesman Bryan Zvibleman said. He declined to say how much will be saved by the change, which is taking effect with 2010 models.
