For sale is one used headlight/wiper door vacuum storage tank (CORE). P/N 3926295 Correct for Corvettes L1968-E1969 Works for Corvettes E1968 or L1969 - The tank does NOT hold vacuum, it is found to be leaking.
- Therefore, it'll need a completely overhaul or a repair of some sort.
- There is some rustling on the inside, most likely some rust flakes that have come loose.
- The ports are in good condition.
- The ouside shows some surface scratches and oxidation, as well as some surface rust.
- Visibly, there really isn't a lot of pitting on it, but again, it does leak.
- The feet are slightly bent on it.
- This will be great to either restore and re-seal or to use for parts, such as using the feet to repair your old one.
