For sale is one used storage compartment frame support. P/N 3918571 Correct for� Corvettes 1973-1977 Service Replacement for Corvettes 1968-1972 (Black Fiberglass) - This piece bonds to the front of the rear storage compartment frame.
- It is made of SMC fiberglass (early makes of this part were Black Fiberglass).
- The fiberglass shows no cracks or breaks that we can see, it does show some wear from the removal process (see pictures).
- The fiberglass is a bit "hairy" on the inside (see pictures).
- The mount hole is blown out (see pictures).
- As with any fiberglass body part, this piece will have to be refinished and proper body work must be done before it can be painted to ensure proper fitment.
