For sale is one used LH fiberglass t-top. Correct for Corvette Coupes 1968 The fiberglass t-top fits over the drivers side roof for Corvette Coupes, and is specific for the 1968 model year. It features the bare handle latches (no rubberized grip), specialized adjuster bolt (without rubberized tip), and other '68 only hardware that sets this apart from the '69+ T-Top panels. This one has been in storage for many, many years. Before it went into storage, some had removed the front stainless steel molding. The center crimp and the side molding are both there. Neither pieces show any large dents, just some surface wear that can be polished out. The front and rear center edge have a chip on it on the fiberglass. The corners are a bit dull but there are no broken pieces. The paint is obviously oxidized and has surface scratches on it. The inside/under part has some loose fiberglass underneath the paint (see pictures). The handles are pited and worn-looking, but they are fully functional, showing minimal side to side play. The weatherstrip is dry rotted and missing in some areas. Please look at all the pictures to see what hardware pieces come with the panel.

The Design Vision GTI is built to show what a Golf built for racing would look like – and perhaps point to future evolutions of VW’s most successful car – and is built on the same MQB platform as the regular GTI. It’s a bit shorter (15mm) than a regular Golf, a chunk wider (71mm) and a lot lower (57mm) which conspires to make the Design Vision GTI much more aggressive looking than its mainstream sibling. Power comes from a 3.0 litre V6 with two turbos – good for 500bhp and 413lb/ft of torque – which is driven to all four wheels through a DSG ‘box and can scoot to 62mph in a supercar-like 3.9 seconds on its way to 186mph.

MOTORISTS are feeling the squeeze on parking - with rising charges and fewer and smaller spaces, according to the RAC. As many as four in five drivers have reported increasing parking charges in towns and cities. And 67% of those drivers believed there was now less parking close to their town or city centre and that parking restrictions had become more stringent where they live.

General Motors' Research and Development has collaborated with Bezalel Academy of Art and Design's Future Lab students to conceptualize new ways in which rear seat passengers – who traditionally feel disconnected from their environment – have a richer experience on the road. The result is the Windows of Opportunity project, a series of applications developed by the Bezalel students and built into full-size prototypes using multi-touch and gesture sensing surfaces developed by ClickEye. The projects were:
– Otto an animated character projected over passing scenery that responds to real-time car performance, weather and landscape.
