For sale is one used firewall insulation mat.

P/N 14016162

Correct for Corvettes 1980-1982

  • This mat is attached to the interior-side of the firewall by black plastic clips.

  • It has some wear due to being used and mounted.

  • The area where the steering colum passes through has some rust residue (see pictures).

  • It is also slightly dirty and shows some creases from being stored (see pictures).

  • The foam has some wear marks on it.

  • The rear mat structure is solid.

  • It does not include any mounting hardware.

We ship most items USPS, FedEx or Greyhound PackageXpress, depending upon which is most economical. Insurance is included with each package we ship. Tracking numbers will be posted to the buyers Purchase History page in eBay. Most items ship out within 1 business day but sometimes it can take 3 business days.

We will expedite an order if you need it quickly, please contact us and we can give you the expedited shipping costs and options.

If your item gets damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can get the things moving on a replacement.

If the tracking number for your package says it never got delivered, we will ship a replacement to you but it may take as many as 7 to 10 business days to get an insurance replacement on its way to you.

If you have a problem with a part, please bring it to our attention. We are easy to work with but don't take to squeaky wheels very well. We will either fix it, replace it or issue a refund, whichever fixes the problem.

MP slams ministerial cars 'waste'

MINISTERS have been accused of wastefulness by having their official cars sitting outside Parliament with the engines running. Labour MP Thomas Docherty said he had seen Government cars sitting in New Palace Yard - one of the main thoroughfares in and out of the Palace of Westminster - for more than an hour with their engines turned on. Commons Leader Andrew Lansley said he had not noticed the problem on his frequent visits in and out of the palace.
