For sale is one used pair of T-top roof panels. For Corvettes 1978-1982 Works for Corvettes 1968-1977* - This pair of T-Top roof panels are manufactured by Thompson Astro Tops & Performance Products, and were offered in the 80s as aftermarket replacement T-Tops.
- This design features a solid frame with glass insert at the center of the panel.
- The glass has a Smoke Bronze tint color, and features etchings similar to the OEM LOF Soft Ray date codes.
- This particular set shows "CZ" (Nov 1980) & "AZ" (Sept 1980) dates.
- Coincidentally, they were removed from a 1981 Corvette.
- The LH top is missing the rear pin for setting the top in place. This will need to be replaced before use so the top will stay latched on the body of the car.
- They also have some wear marks due to being used and due to sitting in storage.
- It seems that the fiberglass frame was being sanded and prepped for paint to be matched to the old car's exterior color.
- There are some scratches on the frame that can potentially show through the primer.
- The glass on both pieces have some surface scratches that catch the fingernail.
- The RH glass top has a crack from the underportion, but it does not go through to the top of the glass (see pictures).
- No cracks on the actual frame, as well as the LH glass.
- The fiberglass corners are nice and sharp, no broken off pieces or loose fiberglass.
- The weatherstrip is soft and plaible for both tops despite being in storage for a while. It looks like extra filler strips were places over the original weatherstrip for added sealing protection.
- As is the case with OEM fiberglass tops, this pair may need to be shimmed for the best fitment.
- *This pair has the provisions to be fitted with the rear latches, though they are not included. If this is your application, you will have to add in the rear latches and remove the rear pin.

The winners of the inaugural Car Design Awards China 2010 were announced at an awards ceremony on 21 April in Beijing, just prior to Auto China. Automotive design directors and the design press gathered at automotive design studio CH-Auto to celebrate the achievements of the next generation of car designers. Presenters Edward Wong (China Central Academy of Fine Arts) and Kumo Chiu (Idea Dao Design) took to the stage and introduced the winning student designers in five awards categories.
