The two-day event focused on digital prototyping and included a variety of presentations - from advanced 3D visualization to engineering simulation. Due in late 2014, the 370Z Nismo gets a new aero kit, claimed to boost downforce ‘significantly’ at speed. Out goes the 2013 Nismo’s lairy rear wing for a more subtle, 911 2.7 RS-esque ducktail affair, which works in tandem with the new front splitter to evenly split more downforce over the front and rear axles.

We don't normally cover the addition of new variants to an established model range, but the five-door version of the latest, third generation Mini is an exception. In terms of pure numbers, the new model is 161mm longer than the Hatch, at 3,982mm, and has a 72mm-longer wheelbase, at 2,567mm. Standing 1,425mm high makes it 11mm taller.
