The C-X75 is designed to showcase Jag’s new design direction now that the modern Ian Callum-led look has been rolled out across the Jag XF, XJ and XK sports cars.But the new Jaguar C-X75 (‘C’ for concept, ‘X’ for experimental, ’75’ to mark the brand’s 75th anniversary) is also a technological statement. Jag has spotted the kudos granted to Porsche for stealing the Geneva 2010 show with the 918 Spyder – and realises that its graceful, paceful cars require a green balance.

Concours d'Elegance of America selects classes for 2012 event

The Concours d'Elegance of America has announced classes for its 2012 event in Plymouth, Mich., where more than 300 cars are expected to be on display. July is several months away, but here are some highlights you can look forward to through the impending winter: -- American classics from 1928 to 1934: While the Great Depression crippled automotive sales, it also motivated designers to work even harder to attract buyers' attention. Seat Mii

The Seat Mii is still another variation of Volkswagen Up city car. Following on from Skoda's unveiling of the Citigo last week, the Mii follows the same basic principles: Take one Up and add appropriate corporate face. As a result, the Mii retains the same diminutive overall length of just 3550mm, as well as a range of economically mindful drivetrains and power units. To differentiate itself from its siblings, the Mii adopts a ‘characteristic and unmistakable' Seat DRG, with ‘arrow' graphics in the lamps and trapezoidal grille.
