New unused trolling plate. Purchased by my father about 25 yrs ago, sitting in my moms garage. The box is in pathetic shape, but the trolling plate looks like it just came off of the assembly line. Look at the pictures, absolutely mint condition, unused trolling plate. Comes with instructions and mounting hardware(which is sealed in its packaging). 

This plate is for smaller outboards and I/Os.  20hp-50hp motors
