DESCRIPTION

This is a new bumper kit for De Tomaso Pantera models from 1970-91. The kit consists of 2 front and 2 rear bumpers. These are available in either polished stainless steel, which look just like chrome, or gloss black painted. Both are at the same price. They are an exact copy of the early European version, and can be fitted as a direct factory replacement. They are also very popular for replacing the US spec and later rubber bumpers.Stainless steel was chosen for the following reasons:

1) never corrodes(rust proof); grade 304/1,4301/7

2) in case of dent or damage unlike chrome plated steel it does not require stripping and rechroming

3) stainless steel allows for easy repair and repolishing in the hand of a professional

4) it's a lot tougher than chrome plated steel bumpersThe bumpers are finished to a high mirror polish, just like chrome. The back of bumpers are acid etch primed and painted with ICI two pack paint in a cream tone.

Delivery takes 2-3 weeks.

Mahindra seem intent on turning Ssangyong from the Lada of Korea in to another South Korean car maker to be taken seriously. We’ve heard it all before – and from some well placed people at Alfa Romeo – but an Alfa man has now stuck his neck out and confirmed publicly: There will be an Alfa Romeo SUV in the next two to three years. Damien Dally, who is Alfa’s Brand man in the UK, was speaking at the Telegraph Festival of Motoring this week and was quite happy to confirm the arrival of Alfa’s SUV although, just like all Alfa’s plans, it seems to be a few years behind what they were planning. Back in 2011 – two years after Alfa revealed it planned an assault on the US market, Alfa’s plan was to have an Alfa SUV ready by 2013 to spearhead their return to the US market.
