TURNS FREELY, SURFACE RUST/PITTING, PAINT CHIPPED/GONE, ALUMINUM PITTING/CORROSION. MIGHT HAVE MUD DOBBERS NEST INSIDE, DIRTY, UNTESTED, INSIDE CONDITION UNKNOWN. DON'T KNOW IF IT WORKS OR NOT.
