This is an estate sale with lot of parts new and good used parts. I have 2 Detroit 8/92 turbo engine kits, rebuilt injectors, water pump rebuild kits, turbo rebuild kits, and gasket sets. I have a good standard crankshaft, number one industrial fly wheel, set of heads that are ready to be rebuilt, and a turbo that needs to be rebuilt. I have several variable speed governor housings. There are to many other Detroit parts to list. Perkins parts that I have are for a 6.354. Two engine kits, two overhaul and gasket seal kits, two oil pumps, valve guides and valves (several), and one injector pump and set or rebuilt injectors. I have marine exhaust manifolds, flywheel housing and adaptors. There could be more Perkins parts not listed. Must be picked up, too many parts to ship. The two premium brands reckon working together might just stave off the threat of the credit crunch, collapsing car sales in key markets and the uncertainty wobbling the very foundations of the motor industry. Ford Motor Co., as expected, is dropping the venerable Ranger compact pickup from its U.S. lineup after the 2011 model year. Ford is consolidating its global pickup truck platforms from three to two with the introduction of an all-new Ranger to be sold outside North America starting next year.

Tom Purves of Rolls Royce handing over a Phantom Coupe to Lord March for the Goodwood Festival of Speed [ad#ad-1] We brought you news of the launch details for the 2009 Goodwood Festival of Speed last week, and today it has been announced that Rolls Royce has lent the Goodwood Festival of Speed a Rolls Royce Phantom Coupe as the official Course Car for this year. Now a Phantom Coupe is not the first car you would think of as a course car. Bit too expensive and not exactly capable of massive feats of performance (although it is, at least intil the Silver Ghost arrives, the most ‘Sporty’ of the Rolls Royce models), but it fits the Goodwood event perfectly.
