The first steps were made with smaller engines in the 80s.


In 1991 HAMOFA moved to their recent site in Hamont to apply to the reconditioning of larger industrial diesel engines of different brands.

The specialization resulted in an extension of the warehouse and work areas with more than 8000 m² and a international customer reputation.


At this moment the headquarters in Hamont (Belgium) covers more than 10.000m² of workshops, offices and warehouses and HAMOFA recondiion and sells about 800 engines a year.


Since 2012 HAMOFA hasn’t only a international customer reputation, but has become an international company with a new location by an acquisition inFort-Lauderdale(USA).

This company was already known for her excellent quality and 50 years of experience in the engine reconditioning business.


In the USA, HAMOFA disposes of a large workshop of 2000 m² with warehouse. From here we serve our American and South American customers with the same quality and care as in Europe.

It seems that Victor Muller is planning not just a Spyker ’911′ for Geneva, but a Spyker ‘Supercar’ with oodles of power too. We discovered last year that Victor Muller has picked up the reins at Spyker once more, dragged in some investment from China and was working on the return of the Spyker D8 Peking-Paris super SUV (that started life as the D12). But, as this is Victor Muller, there are more grandiose plans in play.

Mazda has launched the Mazda3 Venture and the Mazda5 Venture Edition in the UK, with sporty styling and extra equipment. So far this year we’ve had the Mazda6 Venture Edition and the Mazda MX-5 Venture Edition to push buyers in to Mazda Showrooms, and now we get two more – the Mazda3 Venture Edition and the Mazda5 Venture Edition to add to the temptations. Both versions of the Venture Edition are based on Mazda’s TS2 specification with a bit of added sportiness thrown in for more showroom appeal, with a spoiler at the back, side skirts, a sports grill, privacy glass and Fogs.
