1-Payments:
We accept online payments via Paypal only.

2- Shipping:
We ship via USPS Ground for small items that fit into a padded envelope.  For larger items, they are shipped FedEx to the Continental US only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APOs. Items ship out within 3 business days. All shipments shipping out of the country ship on Thursdays, once a week. Orders may take longer due to customs, so plan on extra time for delivery.

3- Returns:
We accept returns within 2 weeks after the buyer receives the merchandise. The returned merchandise should look like new, with the original packaging. Only the merchandise amount will be refunded, buyer should pay for shipping charges.  

       4- Exchanges:
       All exchanges must be notified and authorized by the sales representative within 2 weeks of delivery.
Damaged or defective merchandise will only be replaced if it was not due to alteration, improper use or installation.

For any questions, contact me . My eBay store operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but I do not.  I work 5 days a week, Monday-Friday 7am to 6pm. I check emails every day first thing in the morning. I do not work weekends or holidays. Some emails may take up to 3 days to be answered due to falling on non-working days and weekends.
