Excellent for use on forced induction cars and heads and cam engine builds. Increases drivability, power and efficiency in modified cars. It is fully programmable by the user with included software. These units are hard to find; the manufacturer discontinued new production but still support them. I will include a base tune for naturally aspirated engines. But it shows no sign of fading completely, as we see in the first official photographs of the new sixth-generation 5-series, which goes on sale in North America by mid-2010. Codenamed F10, BMW's midsize sedan is restyled and reengineered in a bid to keep it ahead of key rivals such as the recently renewed Mercedes-Benz E-class and the Audi A6.

Mon, 11 Jul 2011Honda Civic GX drivers in California are smiling this week as they continue to have access to the high-occupancy-vehicle lane, even with just one person in the car. Even though one-occupant hybrid cars have lost access to the carpool lane, natural-gas-powered vehicles get to use it for another four years. Beginning on July 1, yellow-stickered partial hybrids were banned from HOV areas on the highways unless they carried the mandated number of people.

Unlike with the C6-generation Z06, the removable roof panel from the standard Corvette is retained for Z06 duty and it's available with an automatic transmission for those who can't operate a 7-speed manual.
