We will ship worldwide. If you are a Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico or International customer please contact us first to get an accurate shipping rate. Please do not bid on parts unless you contact us first. We only ship to paypal address'. So if your paypal account has a different address than where you want the parts to be shipped, you have to add that address to your paypal account. It's a real easy process. All you have to do is add an additional shipping address to your paypal account. We ship items via UPS or USPS or Greyhound Freight. GM to build Cadillac ELR in Detroit

General Motors confirmed Tuesday that it will build the Cadillac ELR extended-range plug-in hybrid at the same plant that builds the Chevrolet Volt and Opel Ampera hybrids. GM said it will spend $35 million on the Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly plant to add the Cadillac. GM North America president Mark Reuss said production of the ELR is set to begin in late 2013.
