Volteis teases Philippe Starck-designed electric car

Electric vehicle manufacturer Volteis has released a teaser of its latest car set to debut at the Geneva motor show, designed by Philippe Starck It has been confirmed that Starck, better known for his product and furniture design, would unveil the ‘V+ by Starck' at the show's Green Pavilion. The Scion iQ will cost $15,995, including destination, when it hits dealerships. The car will be released in four phases, starting with the West Coast in October.

Chrysler recalls Charger police vehicles

Chrysler is recalling almost 10,000 Dodge Charger police cars from the 2011 and 2012 model years. The affected vehicles have a faulty bulb-harness connector that could overheat, causing the low beams to fail. Certain vehicles could also lose their antilock brakes or stability control if the power-distribution center overheats.
