Skoda MissionL Concept revealed – the Skoda Lauretta, perhaps?

Skoda MissionL Concept - destined to be the Skoda Lauretta Skoda is on a mission to push its sales through the roof in the next year or seven – aiming for 1.5 million sales, no less, by 2018 –  and part of that strategy is to fill the gap in its range between the Fabia and Octavia. So it’s a good thing the Skoda MissionL Concept fits the bill. The air runs out of run-flat tires

After settling a lawsuit last month with disgruntled owners of Michelin run-flat tires, Honda dropped the tires for the 2010 model year. It was another disappointment for Michelin and other makers of run-flat tires in a 17-year effort to win customers in the United States. When run-flat tires appeared here in 1992, they were expected to win wide acceptance as original equipment.

The Hyundai HCD-14 (pictured) is the most significant concept car of 2013 Hyundai does do good concept cars, and they do have a bit of a track record of taking more of what a concept promises through to production than many other car makers. Like the i-Flow that turned in to the Hyundai i40. So the news that a Hyundai concept has grabbed the gong for the most significant concept car of 2013 does auger well for a future where the Hyundai HCD-14 Genesis actually turns in to the next Genesis, with much of what the concept offers still recognisable.
