2013 Ford Mondeo: Paris 2012

Ford has given the new Mondeo its first public outing at the 2012 Paris Motor Show, and it looks a good effort. But the new 2013 Ford Mondeo no longer has the advantage of being a default buy for families, so Ford are working hard to make the Mondeo stand out from the mainstream offerings in the C/D segment by making it appear to more ‘Premium’ than just a mere Ford. Driving Ban Over Unrestrained Child

A DRIVER has been banned for six months after he was caught on camera speeding at 70mph with a child standing or kneeling on the front passenger seat. John Naisbitt was fined £115 and given three penalty points on top of the ban after he admitted speeding and "carrying a passenger in a manner likely to cause danger". Northallerton Magistrates' Court heard that the 66-year-old from County Durham was caught as he passed a North Yorkshire Police camera on April 27 on the A59 at Menwith Hill.

RS and Dusk sedan join Chevy's Sonic lineup

The Chevy Sonic RS sedan and the Sonic Dusk sedan will join the bow tie's lineup of small city commuter cars next spring. Both start at just more than $20,000. The Sonic RS sedan will take the styling cues of the RS hatchback, including the deep air dam in the front fascia, aluminum sport pedals, flat-bottom steering wheel and leather seats with red accents.
