10-Day Returns:
Electronics, software, and electronic charts in their original packaging and ready-to-be-sold condition may be returned within 10 days from receipt for a full refund of merchandise price.
Non-Returnable:
Inflatable boats, outboard motors, life rafts, kayaks, trailers, cut goods, custom canvas, products with a broken seal, clearance items, close-outs, discontinued and specially ordered items are not returnable. If these items are found to be damaged or defective, you must notify us within 10 days for replacement. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns older than 30 days.
30-Day Returns:
Except as noted above, products in the original packaging and ready-to-be-sold condition may be returned within 30 days for a full exchange or refund of merchandise price. Unused items not returned in their original condition within the 30 days, if accepted, will be subject up to a 20% handling fee for inspection, re-packaging, and re-stocking. We reserve the right to refuse returns or assess additional fees at our discretion if the merchandise is missing parts or is not in new condition.
Defective Products / Warranty Information:

Shipping Cost on Returns:
If a refund is issued we hold the right to not reimburse the orginal shipping costs or any additional shipping costs incured on returning the product.
How to Return an Item:
Please make sure your return fits into the rules listed above. If the items returned do not then you take a chance of recieving no refund.
You need only put RMA# plus your ebay order number on the box and ship it back to Boaters Plus and we will issue you credit for the returned items.
Please make sure you get a tracking number and insure the item when shipping them back to us. We will not credit orders that are lost.
Repack the product in the original packaging and place inside a box suitable for shipping with all the original enclosures, parts, and accessories.
Write the RMA number clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the package.
Return it to us postage pre-paid (we do not accept C.O.D.),with the appropriate insurance. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

GM Europe's vice president of design Mark Adams has given aspiring designers tips to stand out from the crowd with their portfolios in a Twitter Q&A session. In the video session Adams offered advice to one participant who asked, "If there was one piece of advice you would give to someone wanting to become a designer, what would it be and why?". With portfolios, he explained, it's not just about the talent, it's about having the ability to convey your thought process along the way.

Lotus Exige LF1 Limited Edition – one for every Lotus F1 victory
It’s a nice idea to build a limited edition car – the Lotus Exige LF1 – to celebrate very one of the 81 victories Lotus has enjoyed in F1, but it does make you wonder if Lotus has done it because they’re never likely to win again (and if they do, do they produce another LF1?). Still, Lotus has pulled out the icon JPS livery for the Lotus Exige S (from the days cigarettes could be advertised) to give the LF1 a pretty paint job of black and gold (with added red bits) including a black and gold Lotus badge up front and a contrast stitched interior with F1 logos on the seats. Also interesting is that each car will receive a plaque commemorating each individual victory, from the 1960 win at Monaco with Stirling Moss behind the wheel to the last in Australia in 2013 with Kimi Raikkonen.

Could GM take control of Peugeot Citroen? Last year we reported that Peugeot Citroen (PSA) and GM were forming a joint alliance to cut costs and develop new cars. But we questioned if the small savings of €2 billion a year from jointly developing new platforms and engines would do anything to stem the losses both companies were facing in Europe, and wondered if the only solution was a merger.
