Terms
Payment: Winning bidder has 48 hours to send payment via paypal or get in contact with me for other payment options. the sooner you send payment the sooner its shipped.
Bidding: if you have a feedback of 5 or less or less then 90% or both you must contact me before bidding to verify yourself and payment intentions. if you do not i will immediatly retract your bid.
Feedback: I only leave feedback after positive feedback has been left by buyer letting me know the package was recieved in acceptable advertised condition. all fraudulant actions with reguards to feedback will be reported to ebay immediatly.
Sales Tax: If the winning bidder is a resident of Nebraska a 6.5% sales tax WILL be added. also if the winning bidder is picking item up the same 6.5% tax will be applied. the ONLY exception is autos, boats, trailers, campers, (i.e. items where tax is paid upon liscensing at DMV) if you are a resident outside the state of nebraska and haveing item shipped or delivered to you, the buyer will be responsible for paying the tax on that item with accordance with that states laws.
Shipping: I now offer free shipping on most items and the prices have been adjusted as such. such items will be shipped with same speed on my part but will go the service of my choosing. if you have a service that particularly want you will have to pay for it. also free shipping is only on the lower 48 states. outside that will be charged. i do combine shipping on multiple items to the best of my ability. some larger items will not apply. most generaly item is shipped within 48 hours of payment being made or cleared. this means if you pay instant with paypal, after clearance of any mailed payment, after clearance of a paypal echeck. if buyer wants insurance buyer MUST request it before paying. on very large items that require freight services i will assist in shipping but the buyer will have the sole responsibility of setting up. i will only assist and anyway i can. buyer must make arrangements. I hold no liablity in the event of damaged packages or damage inflicted in shipping. once it leaves my possestion it is out of my hands. unless otherwise noted shipped packages will go by either usps priority, or usps first class, or in some cases i will use ups now. whatever is used will be posted and if you want different you can request it. i do not nor will not use any other couriour. this is due to my location and cost and the fact that DHL domestic is no more. all packages will have tracking and an email will be sent to buyer with tracking info when shipped. Shipping price quoted is that of the lower contiguous 48 united states ONLY. else where will be extra and you must contact me first prior to bidding or bid will be retracted.
International Shipping: i will ship to certain countries but you must contact me FIRST.
Returns: in most cases returns will NOT be accepted and refunds will NOT be administered. all sales are as is unless there is a misrepresentation in the listing. Especially if the item is used. by misrepresentation i mean something about the item has to be in direct opposition to the statements in the listing. if it says "untested" that means untested. the item has not been tested and operability is unknown so sale is AS IS. if item is USED, ITS THE SAME AS BUYING AT A JUNK AUCTION OR GARAGE SALE, YOU ARE BUYING AS IS NO WARRENTIES WHAT SO EVER OR RETURNS. if by chance you catch me in a good mood and i do issue a refund when listing was accurate, shipping will not be refunded and buyer must shipp item back and only when i recieve it back in SAME condition will the refund be issued. if you insure the item and it is damaged, refund will not be sent untill the claim is closed and refund issued by shipping service. when claim is cleared and issued, buyers refund will be issued. not any sooner! additional note: now that shipping on most items is free i have a new policy on items returned just because they are the wrong item. if by chance i accept a return for being the "Wrong" thing i will only refund the amount of purchase minus my cost to ship it to the buyer. so if buyer buys a $20 item and it costs me $5 to ship it and buyer finds its the wrong item due to lack of research, the buyer will have to ship it back to me and pay for it and i will only refund $15 ($20 - $5) SO BE DOUBLE SURE TO DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING.
Delivery: there will be some cases when free delivery is advertised. when it is, it will be at MY convenience, and ALL MONIES must be sent by buyer and recieved by me prior to delivery. i will not deliver until full payment is made. I will not deliver to heart of any cities. example: KC, Des Moines, Omaha, etc.. delivery will be made to outskirts of the city not more than 2 blocks off of main road. if i dont advertise free delivery i can still deliver for $1.25 per loaded mile with same delivery terms.

U.S. safety officials deny airbag exemption for the Pagani Huayra
Tue, 09 Aug 2011U.S. safety officials have shot down Italian supercar maker Pagani's request that the Huayra coupe be exempted from needing advanced airbags--a move that means Pagani can't legally sell the car in the States. Safety rules require that all new cars sold in the United States be equipped with airbags that can automatically adjust deployment force based on the height and weight of the seat occupant.
