Eagle Performance Series 4818ob 48v 18amp Battery Charger 18a Golf Cart Tested on 2040-parts.com
Roseland, Louisiana, United States
This is an Eagle Performance Series 4818OB 48V 18Amp Battery Charger that was used in the R&D shop of a manufacturer down the road. Never mounted to a vehicle, this charger was used to charge the 48V units under development. Very lightly used, but does show rubbed paint, scratches, etc. Made in USA!! I have tested this charger, it is working well. I have video of the test below, please scroll down. I hope I did it right . . . . :) The model is the 4818OB, seemingly to be an onboard mount, but I see no obvious way to mount. Please see photos. This is the big charger, the 18 amp model. Heavy, at 28lbs!! It can certainly be used as an offboard charger, or an enterprising individual could certainly fab some sort of mounting bracket for onboard use. Video below of the test, using a GreenLee Volt Meter

So what's new? First up is a Saleen 351 Mustang, which was announced at the LA auto show last week.
