RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return your purchase for a prompt refund or exchange.  Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. 

Note: Electrical and solenoid products are not returnable.

Note: International shipments are not returnable.

Note: Factory sealed items (like clutch repair kits) once opened may not be returned.

Note: New items must be returned in the same condition as received. Once installed they may not be returned.

Note: Loaded parts contain the steels, plates, piston & springs, and snap rings as required.  There are no clutches or seals.  Wear parts and soft parts are not included unless specifically stated.

Note: PUMPS: Our pumps are sold as cleaned and inspected. They are not, however, reconditioned. You will need to have any valves checked and replaced as needed. There is no time or mileage warranty.

All products must be returned in the original box, with the original packing material, with the original packing slip.  All boxes must have the Return Goods Authorization number written on the outside.  Call directly (800) 486-1636 to get your RGA number for returns.
