Up for sale is an Edelbrock Performer intake manifold #2101 for a small-block Chevy. Item is in excellent condition and all mating surfaces are intact and free of deep gouges and/or pitting. Designed for street 1955-86 262-400 c.i.d. small-block Chevys. #2101 is stock replacement/street legal part for 302, 327 and 350 V8s with OEM 4-bbl. or Edelbrock #1400 carb; 1966-72 (1973 non-California) cars, 1966-83 trucks and Suburbans; except stock equipped EGR. #3701 is stock replacement/street legal part for 305, 350 and 400 V8s with OEM 4-bbl. or Edelbrock #1400 carb.; 1972-86 and GM corporate engines with 350 V8s; 1981-86. Performers accept late-model choke, waterneck, air-conditioning, alternator and H.E.I. Has provisions to add oil fill tube. Not for 1987 and later cast iron or Chevy Bowtie heads. According to industry insiders, Laurens van den Acker is set become the new Design Director at Renault when Patrick le Quément retires later this year. One of the most pre-eminent car designers in the world, Patrick le Quément began his design career at Simca, worked at Ford for 17 years and did a brief stint at Volkswagen before taking the top design job at Renault.

And if how it looks is anything to go by Jaguar will have another big success on its hands, to go along with the XF. Although based on the existing XJ’s lightweight chassis (nothing wrong with that) but with a back end which is very much derived from the XF, the car is totally re-skinned, and looks finally how a modern Jaguar luxury saloon should.
