EGR DELETE Kit Ford Mondeo Mk3 2.0 ST2.2 TDCi not chip tuning box exhaust decat

This is the aluminum, Tig welded, Brushed finish, Lathe turned EGR valve removal pipe money can buy!!!
The removal pipe has been turned in a lathe to make sure the pipe end is perfect and then has been polished to a beautiful uniform finish. This really is a top of the range EGR removal pipe.  If you want the best, you've found it!

Its easy to install, looks great and will allow you to completely remove the EGR valve and the EGR extension pipe that comes around the engine from the EGR cooler.
Constructed from stainless steel you can rest assured that it will look perfect for life. The flange is 6mm thick so is solid.  The holes in the flange are threaded so you can reuse the existing bolts.  It has a brushed stainless finish and the end is beaded to hold the hose on.
Extra bolts are provided for the EGR cooler blanking plate which is 5mm mild steel.

The stainless EGR extension pipe that comes from the EGR cooler around to the front of the engine is a known weak point in the EGR system that can leave you with no turbo boost and in limp home mode if it splits/fails. Simply fit the 4mm thick plate to the EGR Cooler. This then allows you to completely remove the flimsy EGR extension pipe before it splits/fatigues due to vibration. The kit comes with full instructions with photos  and can be fitted by anyone with reasonable mechanical skills in less than an hour.

Life time guarantee!

Advantages of blocking EGR:

CAR interviews 'Mr GT3' Andreas Preuninger

Wed, 06 Mar 2013

The latest Porsche 911 GT3 boasts an all-new 469bhp 3.8-litre flat-six and is quicker than the legendary GT3 RS 4.0, but fans of this hardcore icon have voiced their concern over its new dual-clutch PDK gearbox and its steering (both the electric rack inherited from the 991-generation Carrera, and the new rear-axle steering).  Ahead of the 911 GT3's unveil at the 2013 Geneva show this week, CAR had exclusive access to the car, and to the man who headed the team that engineered it: Porsche's head of GT series production Andreas Preuninger. The controversial new Porsche 911 GT3 Preuninger built the first 996 GT3, and has been doing his  job for the past 12 years. We asked him all about the new GT3, including those controversial issues.

918 a match for Ferrari and McLaren in corners, says Porsche

Tue, 14 May 2013

Had you forgotten about the third contender in the hybrid supercar wars, given the furious competition betwen Ferrari and McLaren? Porsche’s hybrid 918 Spyder is that third competitor, which mates a 4.6-litre normally aspirated V8 to an 84bhp front-drive electric motor and a 127bhp EV motor helping drive the rear tyres. It costs £768,026, and though Porsche won’t quite admit as much, you can still buy one of the 918 being produced - unlike the sold-out LaFerrari.
