Acquired from government surplus. As you know with most government agencies, when a new grant comes in, they have to justify the grant by buying new equipment leaving very useful equipment for surplus.

COMES AS SHOWN.  Some cosmetic wear.     Has some cosmetic wear.  No accessories including power cord.  The mixtube knob is chipped off.  

USA CUSTOMERS- NO MEANS TO TEST, however will offer a 30 day guarantee to try it out fully with right of return. Simply contact us direct and we will give you instructions to return it.  Please dont use the item not as described function since that now goes into our ratings for top seller starting in fall of 2014.

Not that you’d notice – sandwiched in between a number of specialist marques with unpronounceable names, the European debut of the BS6 and BS4 saloons and BC3 coupe (above) didn't attract too many camera flashguns. But make no mistake, Brilliance will, we predict, be an automotive household name 10 years from now.
