About this part

You are bidding on an engine computer that will fit the vehicles listed below in the Fit / Interchange section. Please match the part numbers listed in the above notes section before ordering as some vehicles use multiple ECU for the drivetrain control. Our engine computers come with a 120 day warranty. This is a parts replacement warranty, if the part fails while under warranty, we will send a replacement. We only save computers from cars that we can run and the check engine light does not come on. Some computers need to be programmed by the dealer before they will work for you, please verify this with your local dealer if you do not know.

We ship all computers in a clear inspection bag so you can inspect and verify the computer is the one you need, once you open the bag you cannot return the item.

This part is also called the brain box, ECU, PCM by some folks. We ship all items within 24 hours of payment.

Winning bid to be paid in advance by certified funds only (Paypal or Credit Card). Local Pickups will need to be paid with Cash in person or Credit Card. We do take credit cards in house and over the phone. Balance must be paid within 7 days of end of auction unless prior arrangements are made. Local pickup is not an problem! A: Sorry, but you cannot. This car has been stripped and disassembled already. The title has been turned over to the State of MN declaring the vehicle for salvage use only.

A: Absolutely, we are an automotive salvage yard. All parts you see in the vehicle pics are for sale. Keep in mind that the pictures were taken when we received the vehicle, so the part you need could be sold already. You can check this by clicking on the vehicle image. The 2014 Mercedes CLS is not a ‘new generation’ as Mercedes may have you believe, but more a nip and tuck. That means the outside has been tweaked with new LED headlamps as standard equipment across the range, as well as a new ‘diamond’ front grille, slightly chunkier front bumper with gaping air intakes, and tail lamps that have been given a darker, smoked look.

Daimler-Renault alliance approved, report says

An international alliance between Daimler and Renault has been approved by the companies' boards and is set to be announced on Wednesday, Bloomberg is reporting. The pact would allow the German and French automakers to collaborate on a range of products, including small cars, commercial vehicles and engines. AutoWeek first reported on the alliance last week.
