The Engine Watchdog TM2 is used by professional racing teams for good reason -

(Check out our eBay feedback from happy customers)

- TM2 uses the most reliable monitoring method

All engines radiate heat to their outer casing at a constant rate (air cooled engines depend on it). The TM2's electronic 'Easy Fit' heat sensor simply fits like a washer under any suitable bolt that is close to the cylinder head or engine block. Here it accurately monitors and displays the slightest engine temperature change as it occurs. The sensor detects changes so quickly, drivers can see their engine temperature rise and fall degree by degree as they drive in varying traffic and road conditions.

 - You can program the TM2's alarm sensitivity to suit your engine

With a TM2 you don't even need to know your engines temperature specifications to set the overheating alarm. You simply note the highest temperature your engine reaches during normal driving, then set the audible alarm to go off at a few degrees higher by pressing the button on the front.  It's no harder than setting an alarm clock and is guaranteed to alert you before your existing dash gauge has even moved.

The TM2 can be set to alarm at any temperature from 1 – 125 degrees C (see below in 'Free Options' for the Fahrenheit version).

- The TM2 is very easy to fit

TM2's can be fitted by any home handyman. The main unit fits under the dash (Compact size - 80 x 30 x 60 mm, plus mounting tabs). The 'Easy Fit' temperature sensor takes a few seconds to bolt to the engine. The power just plugs into the cigarette lighter socket or it can be hard wired. TM2 suits 12 or 24 volt systems.

- The TM2's sensor cannot cause coolant leaks or void the engine's warranty

The TM2 is perfectly safe to fit because it does not require you to break into the cooling system in any way.

- The TM2 can detect cooling system inefficiencies

Many factory fit gauges have a 'flat spot' around normal, (that's why many of them get up to the normal mark quickly, but then don't seem to move off normal on hot days). Only a TM2 has the sensitivity required to detect slow engine temperature increases that occur as cooling systems age. Don't wait until you start towing the caravan to discover your radiator isn't up to the job anymore.

- TM2 also comes standard with the option to turn your existing dash oil light, into an 'Audible Warning Light'

If this optional wire is tagged to the engine's oil light sender, whenever the dash board oil light comes on the TM2s internal buzzer will alarm as well. (Not for oil gauges)
