Mon, 19 Oct 2009It took all of four hours and four minutes for a special Neiman Marcus edition of the redesigned 2010 Jaguar XJ to sell out through the retail giant's Christmas book on Friday. Just 50 copies of the big cat, called the XJL Supercharged Neiman Marcus edition, will be produced. And they're all spoken for after brisk sales reservations last week.
Vintage motorcycles set to take over Road America

Put on by the American Historic Racing Motorcycle Association, the races run on Saturday and Sunday. They will feature motorcycles from the 1920s to the early 1970s, Superbikes from the 1970s and 1980s, and more-modern racers from the Sound of Singles, Battle of Twins and Sound of Thunder classes AHRMA is an enthusiast group that preserves the heritage of racing motorcycles through events at race circuits.
Ford design chief J Mays retires, replaced by Moray Callum
Tue, 05 Nov 2013J Mays, Ford Motor Co.'s global design chief and one of the last senior executives remaining from the Jacques Nasser era, is retiring from the company along with two other veteran senior executives. Moray Callum, 58, design director for Ford in North America, will replace Mays, 59, the automaker said in a statement today. Also retiring after long Ford careers are Jim Tetreault, 57, vice president of North American manufacturing, and Martin Mulloy, vice president of labor relations.
