Evinrude/Johnson 308293 Old Style Hood Lock Handle NEW! For The Older Single Latch Hoods Of The 1960s
This older hood latch handle (308293) is for the hoods that have a hook grabbing the back of it whereas the locking lever is just at the front.

I don't know exactly what models this handle fits, whether it is just for the V4 models or also for the two cylinder models..... so please measure your broken handle or the depth of the sleeve in the hood to make sure this one fits.

The shank that would fit within the sleeve of the hood on this new one measures to be 1-1/4" long, and the handle portion obviously is angled.

It has been listed as being unavailable for a number of years so possibly this could be the last new one you will come across.

The shipping weight is 9 ounces and will be shipped from area code 33594.
