The cover is mostly clean and nice and shiny and unabused, with only a very wee touch of wear from many years up on the shelf. The cover remains very well attached by shiny staples. Some notes were found at the top of the front cover, and a former owner's name was found at the bottom of the inside rear cover. This writing, the only writing inside or out, has been covered by a few pieces of self-adhesive postage label for aesthetics. There is light patina throughout as you might expect of a manual of this vintage. That is it. The book is otherwise absolutely pristine inside with no other writing or markings, no highlighting, no missing or loose or torn pages. The corners are sharp and the book lays flat. See the photos.” Read Less Aircraft Type:172I Make:Cessna Country/Region of Manufacture:United States
