Return Policy

· If you must return an item due to damage or an inconsistency with the listing please message us first to inform us of the issue and let us know of the return.

· Upon return and inspection, you will be refunded the price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is determined that we have significantly misrepresented an item.

· For items where free shipping is offered, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund in the event of a return unless it is determined that we have significantly misrepresented the item. We will provide proof of the actual shipping cost to the buyer.

· If you do not feel that we have provided 5 star service on your transaction, please give us a chance to resolve your concern before leaving us feedback. You would think this would be common sense but if you a receive an item that was, for example, broken during shipment, let us know and give us a chance to fix the situation before you leave feedback. We're not hard to get along with and would love to have you as a returning customer!

Shipping

· We will ship your item(s) after Paypal has cleared your payment.

· We are typically able to ship USPS within a business day of purchase; however, please notify us if you need shipping expedited so that we can make special arrangements if required. We ship fedex several times a week (due to our location we are unable to schedule pickups and are 60+ miles away from a fedex facility). UPS shipping is not offered.

· Economy Shipping is typically mailed by cheapest method. Expedited Shipping typically arrives in 2-3 business days.

· Please request a quote for international shipping (worldwide).
