Tue, 07 Feb 2012The 2012 Nissan 370Z gets a mild tweak - debuts at the Chicago Motor Show The Nissan 370Z is getting a facelift for 2012 – which will debut this week at the Chicago Motor Show – but it’s not extensive. All the car buzz at the moment – at least around new models – is about the Geneva Motor Show in March. Which might explain why the 2012 Nizzan 370Z facelift is getting paraded on a much quieter stage at the Chicago Motor Show. Because we’re struggling to see what exactly Nissan has done to the 370Z for 2012.
Lotus Evora Facelift heading for Frankfurt
Sat, 09 Jul 2011Lotus Evora Facelift expected at Frankfurt based on the Mansory Evora (above) It’s a ‘back to reality’ story from Lotus, for a change, with the news that, possibly, they are going to take a facelift Lotus Evora to the Frankfurt Motor Show. Of course, we’ve been here before. Earlier in the year we reported that Lotus were taking an Evora with a facelift off to Geneva, but that turned out to be a Mansory version of the Evora, seemingly with the blessing of Lotus as it appeared on their stand.
L'argus European Design Competition 2004 winners announced
Wed, 07 Jan 2004With its 3rd design competition, French automotive magazine L'argus de l'automobile challenged design students in the European Union to express their creativity on the theme 'Imagine the convertible commercial vehicle'. With a total of 350 designs submitted, the competition was a resounding success, confirming the interest design schools and their students are taking in this forward-looking competition. Starting out from a light commercial vehicle, the candidates had to propose changes adapted to the specific needs of their user: their basic vehicle could for example be transformed into a helicopter for delivery services, into a work platform for engineers, into a workshop for joiners.
