Toyota Prius T Spirit Review & Road Test (2010 / 2011)
Sun, 12 Dec 2010We spend a week with the Toyota Prius There are many – us included – who thought it extremely unlikely that Toyota would ever want to send us any of their hybrid cars for review. Much less – in light of our oft stated dislike of the Prius and all the motoring piousness it represents – let us review the latest Toyota Prius But it turns out that Toyota are a decent bunch of chaps who believe that their cars – even their hybrid cars – are capable of standing up to scrutiny, even with our well known antipathy to the whole hybrid direction. The new VW Golf – the MK 7 – was revealed today in Berlin and we’ve got the first official photos ahead of VW’s official release. Looking more sophisticated than the current Golf, the new Golf is underpinned by VW’s MQB Platform – which also underpins the new Audi A3 and SEAT Leon – and comes in at up to 100kg less than the current Golf.

Yet none, so far as we know, have mastered the shelled mammal's impressive vertical leap -- and none possess that oh-so-armadillian trait, the ability to curl up into a little protective ball. Not more than once, anyway.
