For sale is my 347 forged race engine!
Includes:
Forged eagle 3.400 stroke crank made of forged 4340 chromoly steel rated for 1500 HP - magna fluxed, edged, and polished
Set (8) eagle forged 4340 H-beam 5.400 rods with standard eagle rod bolts from ARP rated for 750hp which is drastically under rated! With an upgrade to ARP 2000 rod bolts they up the rating too 1000hp
Set (8) forged 4.040 bore flat top diamond race pistons with 6cc valve reliefs for big high lift cams. Comes with upgraded chromoly wrist pins And spiral locks. The speed shop who ordered these said they don't have an "official" HP rating but support 800-1000hp nitrous applications in several of their race engines and perform fantastically!
Pro select file fit ring kit
All clevite mahley main bearings, rod bearings, and cam bearings.
Pro comp main girdle, ARP main studs, screw in frost plugs
8.2' deck height roller block with 1 piece rear main seal. Fully race prepped with all machining done. Jet cleaned, baked, magna fluxed, cylinder sonic check, bore and hone, line bore, deck hone, tapped for screw in frost plugs, clearance notching for stroker crank, radius main girdle and front main stud and nut for big cased race series oil pumps (looks short but machine shop ensured me that torque numbers were safely yielded.) Professionally painted. All zero balanced so run a fluid dampener and a zero balance fly wheel and you're set!
Pistons are all fitted to the rods with locks installed and rings already file fit.
This is all ready to get put together and everything is brand new with exception of the block, and the crank had 3 passes on it in a different motor but was magna fluxed and edged so its perfect, I will throw in a fox body oil pan if met in person, will meet halfway and accept cash if you're in Midwest, Minnesota, Dakotas, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan areas.
Just under $5,000 invested.. Will sell for $3500 the way everything sits or can have my engine builder assemble it for an additional $200.
I also have a set of ported world 200cc senior heads with a nice port matched motorsport air gap that would compliment this motor nicely but is not for sale in the listing.
