Ford 460 heads, casting # D3VE-A2A. These are standard open chamber heads machined for screw in studs and guide plates. The exhaust ports have had the smog pump "bumps" removed and all ports have had some minor smoothing. The springs are Edelbrock part #5767, single spring with damper. The retainers are Edelbrock part # 9724. Pc seals. I'm selling because I finally upgraded to aluminum heads. Wed, 22 Aug 2012The sportier 2013 Chevrolet Sonic RS carries a sticker price of $20,995, including destination, when paired with a six-speed manual; the automatic version will sticker for $22,280. The RS differs from the base Sonic with unique transmission gearing in the manual and a higher, 3.53 final drive ratio for the automatic transmission. It's available only in hatchback form.
Nissan sales rise, Infiniti drops in April
Tue, 03 May 2011Sales of Nissan brand cars rose in April, but the Infiniti luxury division posted a decline for the month. Nissan-division sales were 64,765 units in April, up 14.5 percent compared with a year ago. For the year to date, Nissan sales are up 23.4 percent.
Shelby American celebrates the GT350's anniversary with a modern Mustang
Tue, 19 Jan 2010Shelby American is marking the 45th anniversary of the legendary Shelby GT350 Mustang with a new version, designed for Ford's new 5.0-liter V8 in the 2011 Mustang. For those willing to plunk down $33,995--plus the cost of a new Mustang--the team at Shelby American in Las Vegas will crank out a modernized GT350. On the outside, that calls for white paint with the blue racing stripes down the center of the hood, roof and deck.
