Nice steering wheel. This is the leather wrapped style. There is a little wear, and one spot has what looks like blue paint(pictured) ; all the leather it is still tight around the steering wheel. Will work with or without cruise control. The plastic trim is for a cruise control steering wheel, but you can change yours over if its a non cruise. Fits 95-01 Ford Explorer or Ranger with the 4 spoke style steering wheels.
