FORD ADVANCE TRAC RSC OEM EMBLEM This auction is for Ford Advance Trac RSC emblem. I have several emblems on auction. These are OEM taken off vehicles. Much brighter than my photos - I am cannot seem to take photos of bright items. They have normal wear - light surface scratches. I have gently wiped them, but was afraid to clean really good - didn't want to mess up paint or scratch them. Old adhesive needs to be removed from back and replaced with new adhesive. Wed, 23 Apr 2014In a missive signed by Elon Musk himself, Tesla announced it would be adding titanium plates and aluminum deflectors to all new Model S sedans and offering free retrofits for the 20,000 or so existing EVs. The company earlier offered an over-the-air software update to raise the ground clearance of the Model S so the car would be more likely to clear dangerous road debris. The actions were in response to well-publicized fires in the electric luxury sedans.
Ford's NA Design Director aims to shorten product lifecycles
Wed, 16 Jul 2008Peter Horbury, Ford Motor Company North America Design Director, has told Automotive News he intends to shorten product lifecycles at the ailing company from an average five years to three years starting this decade. "We feel there is no value in minor changes but a huge value in major changes," Horbury told the industry weekly. Ford needs to ensure that buyers continue visiting showrooms as the giant automaker struggles to retain market share.
Nissan EV moves electric car closer to reality
